Are my uploaded screenshots sent to a remote backend server?
No. Absolutely not. Mocklup operates 100% locally on your computer inside the browser sandbox. The moment you upload or drop an image, we process the 3D matrices and raster files client-side. No image is ever transmitted, cached, or saved onto an external cloud infrastructure.
What formats are supported for final export?
You can download high-density compositions as lossless PNG, balanced JPG, or highly-optimized WebP files. All exports are generated completely watermark-free.
How much control do I have over the mockup customization?
You have total, granular control. You can adjust the 3D rotation angles on multiple axes, shift the vertical and horizontal positions of each screenshot, scale individual images, toggle macOS-style browser chrome or smartphone notch bezels, and set background solid colors, gradients, or custom background images.
Can I add my own login or database later?
Yes! The template is built with clean separation of concerns in Astro v6 and React, maintaining an output strategy of static HTML. End buyers can easily supplement server endpoints, custom user authentication packages, or database providers (like Supabase, Firebase, or other APIs).
